DynaNail mini features

Features & Benefits

The DynaNail Mini® TTC Fusion System is the ONLY fusion approach that offers the compression performance of an external fixator inside an intramedullary nail.

  • Offers between 2-4 mm of post-operative active compression PLUS intra-operative manual compression
  • Provides strong joint stability due to maintained compression
  • Double transverse screw design ensures solid fixation. Unlike screws, no migration or loosening
  • Accompanied by a robust single-armed carbon fiber PEEK Targeting Frame
  • Available in 7mm diameter and 60 -100 mm lengths

Demonstrated Elite Performance

The DynaNail Mini® is the ultimate choice in treating complex hindfoot pathologies including revisions of prior failed hardware and patients who are immuno-compromised or have poor bone healing capacity.

Clinical Case Example

Courtesy of Terrence Philbin, DO (Orthopedic Foot & Ankle, Columbus, OH)
81-year-old female underwent triple arthrodesis with the DynaNail Mini implanted for the subtalar joint. At 11 weeks post-surgery, the patient is weight-bearing and reports no issues. The DynaNail Mini’s NiTiNOL Element is still holding 1 mm of active compression.
