"Being able to represent great products that change lives is very rewarding. I truly believe in what I represent. When my husband needed a hip replacement I was determined that he would receive one of our products. I walked into the consultation appointment with my husband carrying a surgical technique and video and told the surgeon this is what I wanted my husband to have. He agreed! The surgery went extremely well and my husband has had excellent results."

"Although I don't speak with customers directly, I personally believe that working at DJO as a Records Assistant still gives me the opportunity to impact people's lives by making sure I am working efficiently and accurately so our representatives can better service our customers. Also, having access to such amazing products for personal use now or in the future is great!"

"DJO does a lot to foster a teamwork oriented atmosphere. It’s also really satisfying to see a brace you were working on helping to produce a year ago being used on the world stage and in your local community." "The most exciting aspect of working for DJO is knowing that you are a part of a company that really tries to make an impact in orthopedics and the global community."
"A company is only as good as the people who work for it. DJO has done a great job of finding good quality people, with positive attitudes, that creates a good work environment and a successful company. This is what makes DJO a great place to work."

“DJO supports employee growth. This growth may be, but is not limited to, furthering education and or being cross trained to help out in different departments. Another positive of working for DJO is the close knit relationship that the employees share. Regardless of the department, each of us supports one another.”

"A patient called in frustrated because he could not get the Medicare paperwork completed by his doctor. He explained that he had served his country in war and couldn't understand why his TENS unit, which was the only thing helping his pain, was being denied. I called the doctor and we got the paperwork we needed. It’s going that extra mile for someone and knowing that these products are sometimes the patient’s last hope to regain a semi-normal life that makes the difference. This man cried when I explained that I had been successful and thanked me for taking one more step for him. I thanked him for taking one more step for the rest of us! That's what it's about at DJO."

"DJO is an industry leader and I am proud to be a part of setting the standard for rehabilitation devices. The medical device industry is exciting and ever changing. There is always a new opportunity or challenge that keeps work from getting mundane. We make products that give people an active life back. That's a great reason to brag about where I work."

"I’ve seen DJO more than triple in size since I’ve been here, but most days, it still has that small company vibe. People at startups and small companies are always happy and excited about their company and their work – it’s rare for that to carry over as a company grows."
