Welcome to our corporate citizenship website pages. DJO’s mission is to improve lives by developing leading medical devices that become the standard of care in the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions. We are proud of the fact that our business benefits so many people who use our products, as well as all of our other stakeholders. DJO continues to operate its business through the highest standards of ethical corporate behavior.

Two thousand eight was another year of strong growth across DJO. It also represented our first full year operating as the New DJO following our merger with ReAble Therapeutics, Inc. in November of 2007. Our success continues to reflect our culture of urgency, accountability, high performance and continuous improvement shared throughout the new organization. With a strong common culture, our employees are our best competitive advantage. Hand-in-hand with our shared culture is our desire to be the best possible corporate citizen in all aspects of our business, providing the greatest positive benefit for our employees and their families, our community, the environment and for all of our other stakeholders.  

Our Corporate Citizenship website briefly touches on some of the activities related to our commitment to the program, including compliance with the numerous regulations that govern our industry such as patient privacy, financial reporting, relationships with healthcare professionals, governance practices, and our policies on environmental, health and safety. It also covers our community involvement, the importance of our customers, our products and services, our expectations of our suppliers and our transparency with stakeholders.
